Returns, Warranties & Repairs


If you are not satisfied with any items from they may be returned within 7 days from receipt by you. All merchandise must be returned in original packing, unused and include details of the invoice number, invoice date, copy of credit voucher (if applicable), reasons for return and contact details should we wish to get in touch with you.  All freight charges will be at the expense of the customer.



Refunds will be issued if the returned item is substantially not as described or is unfit for the intended purpose and was recommended by our staff, otherwise we offer a store credit. Credit/Refunds amounts will be made for the initial order total (excluding freight). Return freight costs will be covered by customer.

*All returns and credit/refunds are subject to inspection of goods.



Goods are covered by Manufacturers Warranty

If the item is faulty due to manufacturing errors, please contact us & send the item with ‘proof of purchase’ to Tools Direct. Tools Direct will inspect the item and then liase with the manufacturer to arrange repair or replacement.


Non Warranty Repairs

If you would like us to arrange repair to damaged power tools or air tools, please email us your repair enquiry & send your item to Tools Direct. We will provide a quote to repair your item and then request your confirmation before any repair work is done on your tools. All freight charges will be at the expense of the customer.
